Medi-Weightloss® in Chesterfield is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The role emphasizes preventive care, patient education, and collaboration with a supervising physician to deliver weight-management services.

The ideal candidate will hold Missouri licensure as an NP or PA, maintain EMR documentation, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA licensure in Missouri.
• DEA Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant License required.

Responsibilities

• Take medical and psychosocial histories and document findings.
• Perform physical examinations per guidelines.
• Order and review labs/ECGs and other diagnostics.
• Provide preventive counseling and product education.
• Adhere to prescribing guidelines under supervising physician.
• Maintain EMR documentation and patient progress notes.
• Refer patients to other clinicians when needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls to address concerns.
