In this role, you will accurately weigh, grade, and sort NF materials while providing excellent customer service and maintaining records. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in the scrap metal industry. Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience operating truck scales, preferably in a scrap metal or similar industry.
• Ability to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Identify, sort, and weigh inbound materials.
• Document material and customer information into a ticketing system.
• Educate customers on required documentation for acceptance of scrap materials.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
