The position requires at least a high school diploma and 2+ years on truck scales, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus; safety and compliance are emphasized on site in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience operating truck scales in scrap metals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good organization.

Responsibilities

• Accurately identify, sort, and weigh inbound NF materials.
• Document NF material and customer information into ticketing system.
• Provide customers with an accurate receipt of NF material delivered.
• Educate and assist customers with required documentation for scrap material acceptance.
• Assist customers with pricing questions and maintain account contacts.
