Job summary

SA Recycling is seeking a diligent Cashier/Weighmaster to handle inbound NF materials, weigh and document them, and provide customers with accurate receipts. You will process payments, assist with required paperwork, and keep records up to date in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates have cash handling experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience; 2+ years preferred in scrap or similar industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills; can learn industry software.

Responsibilities

• Identify, weigh, and document inbound NF materials.
• Provide accurate receipts and assist with required documentation.
• Process payments and maintain transaction records.
• Answer pricing questions and maintain customer accounts.
• Submit reports per company policies; keep scale house clean and safe.
