Heidelberg Materials Midwest Agg, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Aggregate Quarry Weighmaster to join our scale house team in Piketon, Ohio. This role serves as a key contact for drivers, customers and plant personnel while ensuring accurate ticketing, shipping documents and inventory records.

You will weigh trucks, coordinate material movements, answer customer inquiries, and support safe, compliant operations in a fast-paced quarry environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience weighing trucks or in a scale house preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Ability to operate computer systems and manage documentation.
• Customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Aggregate Quarry Weighmaster to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and plant personnel while ensuring accurate ticketing, inventory tracking, and shipment documentation in a fast-paced quarry environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks and process shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, and quarry personnel to support efficient material movement.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, tickets, and inventory transactions.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service at the scale house.

Work Environment

Primarily based in a scale house at an active aggregate quarry operation. Frequent interaction with truck drivers, customers, contractors, and site personnel. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving mobile equipment. Combination of administrative duties and operational support activities.
