Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance administration or a related administrative field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Give accurate directions to get drivers to their locations.
• Scan BOL and all other paperwork in per load.
• Communicate over mobile radio to inspectors.
• Create BOLs for any outgoing material.
• Handwrite bills if/when system goes down.
