Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a production/chemistry support associate in Florida to dispense and weigh chemicals per SOPs and batch records. The role emphasizes maintaining a safe, accurate, and compliant production environment with routine labeling, documentation, and scale calibration.

Responsibilities include handling varied containers, verifying weights, cleaning workspaces, and collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Light mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and be detail oriented.
• Ability and willingness to work closely with others and departments.
• Ability to document and communicate properly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle materials to be weighed (bags, jugs, boxes, bulk totes, barrels).
• Dispense chemicals into approved containers using proper cGMPs.
• Weigh or measure materials to maintain records using scales or meters.
• Prepare and attach identification labels to products.
• Document material quantities, weights, and values in production records.
• Verify container contents by comparing labels to vendor tags or tickets.
• Perform daily cleaning of workspaces and calibrations of scales.
• Maintain scales in logbooks and operate across units (grams, kilograms, pounds).
