Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Technician Production Operations in Florida to accurately weigh and measure chemicals in an environmentally controlled area. The role requires following strict safety procedures and maintaining precise documentation for regulatory compliance.

The position reports to the Reagent Manufacturing Supervisor within the Cellular Production department and is an on-site role in Hialeah, FL. Prior manufacturing or laboratory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience with weighing scales or balances is a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP or FDA-regulated environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weighing and measuring chemicals in a controlled environment.
• Maintain precise documentation and batch records in compliance with procedures.
• Follow safety procedures and operate in a cleanroom/blood manufacturing setup.
• Assist with batch record closeout, review, and authorization to commence.
