Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree within 4 years preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience working with a database preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops outreach strategies to identify and engage prospective WEI students.
• Articulates program vision and objectives to diverse audiences.
• Cultivates partnerships with schools, social service agencies, and community organizations.
• Represents Black Hawk College at community events and meetings.
• Manages WEI grant student applications and initial inquiries.
• Performs initial eligibility screening for grant funding and program requirements.
• Coordinates with Marketing and Recruitment to promote WEI programs and events.
• Collects data for reports on recruitment activities, applicant status, and enrollment.
