• Enter Service Requests into an easy‑to‑use system.
• Follow up with members by e‑mail or telephone for additional information as necessary.
• Update and maintain a daily Contact Log.
• Answer member questions or concerns, or forward them to appropriate contacts.
• Route incoming e‑mails or phone messages to other Village teams.
