Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Greencastle, PA to drive daily warehouse operations and ensure safety and efficiency. You will lead a team, coordinate picking, packing, shipping, and forklift tasks while meeting KPI targets and standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on experience with RF scanners and warehouse equipment; familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred. Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
1+ year previous team lead experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
RF scanner experience required or preferred.

Mansioni

Lead and ensure continuous improvement for warehouse operations efficiency.
Perform warehouse tasks such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Allocate resources and assign daily work to team members to meet shift goals.
Inspire team members toward improved KPI performance using effective leadership styles.
Assist with orientation, training, and providing tools for employees to perform their jobs.
Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
Submit daily reports and propose action plans to improve operations and service levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
