Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead in Greencastle, PA. This role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to advance within a safety‑driven supply chain environment.

Pay includes $23.00 per hour with a $1.50 per hour second‑shift premium; schedule is Wed–Sat, 5:30pm–4:30am. Responsibilities include leading a warehouse team and driving efficiency across operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience as Team Lead preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience required or advanced preferred.
• Valid forklift operator's license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement for warehouse efficiency.
• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work for the shift.
• Inspire team toward KPI improvements using appropriate leadership styles.
• Orient and equip employees with information and tools to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork and reports; propose actions to improve service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
• One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required
• Valid forklift operator's license certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
• Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize and distribute daily work duties to members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics.
• Inspire and guide team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) using the appropriate leadership styles and methods.
• Assist in proving appropriate orientation for employees and give them the necessary information, technology and tools to perform their jobs.
• Assist with promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
• Deal with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
