Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Alburtis, Pennsylvania. The role offers weekly pay, on-the-job training, and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

You will operate powered industrial equipment, handle various streaming devices and cables, and work in a safety‑driven environment with state-of-the-art equipment. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of related warehouse experience (1 year preferred), and PIT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification.
• Ability to read, do basic mathematics in English for safety and instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is correct.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain security at end of shift.
• Perform picking and packing duties; check for product damage.
• Perform housekeeping duties for the assigned area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
