Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Manager who will progress through four stages of management, with pay increases as you learn and are promoted to supervise your own store.

You will handle shift leadership for 3–30 staff, ensure operations, greet customers, take orders, manage cash, and maintain cleanliness while upholding grooming standards. All Assistant managers will have weekly pay, management training, flexible schedules, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 people during a shift.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift with 3–30 employees.
• Be responsible for all store operations including cost and inventory control and customer relations.
• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Prepare fast, accurate products following recipes and baking procedures.
• Deliver products to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and grooming standards throughout the store.
