Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers as needed.
• Manage 3–30 staff during scheduled shifts and ensure smooth operations.
• Greet customers, take orders, process payments, and uphold store standards.
• Operate cash register and ensure accurate transactions.
• Prepare products per recipes, maintain quality and portion control.
• Deliver orders safely to customers and ensure courteous service.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and professional grooming at all times.
