Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Fremont, OH seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse and to support residents with activities of daily living. You will follow the five rights of medication administration, document charting, label and store medications, and cooperate with the DON and nursing staff to ensure safe patient care.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The QMA/CMA administers and records prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision.
• Practices the five rights of medication administration.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Labels, stores, receives and destroys medications per policy.
• Performs medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
