Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a friendly front-line team member to process member purchases, renewals and upgrades while providing excellent service. You will scan merchandise, handle payments, issue receipts and help maintain a clean, organized front-line area.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check Members out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Scan all club merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and purchase totals.
• Collect payments via cash, check, or other charge payments from members.
• Issues receipts or change due to Members.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the frontline area.
