Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club seeks friendly team members to process member purchases with courtesy and efficiency. You will verify, renew, upgrade memberships, scan merchandise, and accept various payment methods while upholding the highest service standards.

As part of a fast-paced frontline team, you’ll keep the area clean, help members with questions, and contribute to a positive, member-first shopping experience every day, including weekends and peak hours.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases at checkout accurately and efficiently.
• Scan merchandise and manage payments and receipts.
• Assist self-checkout and lanes; help members with POS issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of the frontline area and assist with housekeeping.
• Promote and explain BJ’s Membership options and rewards programs.
• Meet cashier productivity expectations.
