Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a friendly cashier to process member purchases and manage memberships with accuracy and courtesy. You will scan items, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming front-line area for members.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Verify, renew, upgrade memberships and explain options.
• Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payment.
• Provide excellent member service and maintain front-line cleanliness.
• Assist with self-checkout operations and club housekeeping as needed.
• Meet cashier productivity expectations and follow club policies.
