Doing Steel is hiring for a welding/fitting position with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork. The role involves operating a tape measure, welding and fitting parts, and maintaining clean work areas on a 10-hour shift.

You may work day or second shift, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay and a benefits package including a 401K match. Experience with MIG welding and a welding certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years MIG welding experience preferred.
• Welding certificate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate a tape measure and read basic measurements.
• Perform welding and fitting tasks as assigned.
• Clean up material by grinding or chipping.
• Spot paints for identification marks.
• Operate hand tools and machinery as required.
• Assist with machine operation when needed.
