Atterro in San Bernardino, CA is hiring a Fab Shop Associate to assemble metal components, inspect finished work, and help keep manufacturing operations safe and efficient. You will read blueprints, operate hand and fabrication tools, and follow work instructions to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Experience in assembly/manufacturing is beneficial.
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Assemble products per blueprints and specifications.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely.
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality.
Read and follow assembly instructions and engineering drawings.
Report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet daily production goals while following safety procedures.
