Job summary

Wabash is seeking an Assembler for our Moreno Valley, CA facility. You will perform varied assembly tasks, operate tools, and follow blueprints to build subassemblies and fit components. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork on a fast-paced production floor.

We offer a Monday–Friday first shift from 6:00am to 2:40pm with pay range $20.50–$24.00 per hour, and benefits including PTO, holidays, health coverage, and 401k with match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Basic reading/writing and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and help improve safety, quality, and delivery performance.
• Keep work area free of hazards.
• Caulking materials.
• Measuring and cutting material.
• Installing rivets.
• Installing truck bed flooring.
• Following decal templates/blueprints.
• Install signs, reflectors, fenders, mud flaps and other parts.
• May flex into other departments as needed.
• Wear PPE as required and follow safety policies.
