Staffmark Group is hiring an Electrical Assembler in West Columbia, SC. This hands-on role involves assembling electrical components, reading schematics, and using hand-tools and test equipment to keep production lines moving.

You’ll work the 1st shift 5:30 AM–3:45 PM or the 2nd shift 4:30 PM–12:45 AM, with occasional Saturdays. A high school diploma or GED and basic math skills are required, along with the ability to lift 30–40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Electrical, manufacturing, or assembly experience required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and electronic components using work instructions, schematics, blueprints and drawings.
• Perform basic wiring, soldering, cable assembly, and mechanical assembly (training provided).
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment.
• Inspect assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
