Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $24-$37/hr

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a positive difference in patients' and families' lives.

Job Duties

• Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home, following the active care plan from healthcare professionals.
• Conduct ongoing patient care assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care and educate family members to improve outcomes.
• Implement preventative measures to ensure quality care.
