Description

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $24-$37/hr

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a difference in the lives of patients and families. We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) for full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends available). Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Focusing on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, following the active care plan prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conducting ongoing patient assessments and care.
  • Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
  • Coordinating care among healthcare providers and families.
  • Educating family members on clinical care to promote positive outcomes.
  • Implementing preventative measures to ensure quality care.
