i9 Sports in Nashville seeks energetic Youth Sports Officials for soccer. This weekend-only role offers a fun, active position shaping fair play for players, coaches, and families.

Must be 16+, weekend availability required. Training provided; no prior officiating experience required beyond basic knowledge. You will help keep games on schedule, support game day operations, and communicate clearly with coaches and players.

Responsibilities

• Officiate games with a focus on fairness, safety, and fun.
• Create a positive and engaging environment for players, coaches, and parents.
• Keep games on schedule and support overall game flow.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and fellow officials.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and organized game day.
• Stay active and involved on the field throughout your shift.
• Assist with setup, transitions, and general game day support.
• Lift, carry, and transport equipment (up to 30 lbs) as part of game day operations.
