Job summary

i9 Sports in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking energetic Youth Sports Officials for soccer, weekend-only shifts. You will officiate games, prioritize safety and fair play, and help create a fun, engaging atmosphere for players and families.

Training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive team that values reliability, punctuality, and teamwork as we keep games on schedule and ensure a positive experience for every participant.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ to apply.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Officiate games with a focus on fairness, safety, and fun

• Keep games on schedule and support overall game flow
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and fellow officials
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and organized game day
• Stay active and involved on the field throughout your shift
• Assist with setup, transitions, and general game day support
• Lift, carry, and transport equipment (up to 30 lbs) as part of game day operations.
