You will officiate, manage game flow, and assist with on‑site operations while staying active and engaging with young athletes and their families. Training is provided, and a positive, reliable attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ to apply.
• Weekend availability required.
• Training provided to learn the game rules.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Comfortable working with kids and families.
• Strong communication and ability to stay composed.
• Motivated, energetic, and able to stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Officiate games with fairness, safety, and fun.
• Create a positive and engaging environment for players and families.
• Keep games on schedule and support game flow.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and officials.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth game day operations.
• Stay active on the field throughout your shift.
• Assist with setup, transitions, and general game day tasks.
• Lift, carry, and transport equipment up to 30 lbs as needed.
