Job summary

i9 Sports - Nashville South, TN is seeking energetic Youth Sports Officials for weekend soccer games. You will help create a fun, safe, and high-quality experience for players, coaches, and families while staying active on the field.

No prior officiating experience is required—training is provided. A positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication are essential as you join a supportive team that values teamwork and sportsmanship.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Basic knowledge of football/soccer preferred (training provided).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working with kids and engaging families.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay composed.
• Motivated, energetic, and able to stay active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and reliable Officials who are passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and high-quality experience for players, coaches, and families. This is a weekend-only position, perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active and being part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Officiate games with a focus on fairness, safety, and fun
• Create a positive and engaging environment for players, coaches, and parents
• Keep games on schedule and support overall game flow
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and fellow officials
• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and organized game dayStay active and involved on the field throughout your shift
• Assist with setup, transitions, and general game day support
• Lift, carry, and transport equipment (up to 30 lbs) as part of game day operations.
