Job summary

Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-8 in San Francisco, CA. You’ll lead engaging sessions using Soccer Shots’ curriculum, set up and take down fields, and foster a positive, inclusive environment.

Ideal candidates show a love of kids and sports, are safety-minded, and can communicate well with families. Training provided; growth opportunities from within.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for children and sports.
• Safety conscious and able to transport to fields.
• Ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate soccer skills.
• Ability to communicate with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct sessions for children 2–8 using Soccer Shots curriculum.
• Set up and take down field equipment.
• Promote character development through positive reinforcement.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with families and teachers.
