Job summary

University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY seeks a Radiology Technologist (WEPP) for weekend day shifts to provide diagnostic imaging and support expeditious patient care. The role requires licensing, ARRT eligibility, and BLS within 90 days of hire.

A sign-on bonus up to $30,000 is offered with a 24-month commitment. Responsibilities include following department protocols, maintaining image accuracy and proper patient identification, and assisting in QA with student technologists.

Qualifications

• KY Radiation Operator’s License at time of hire
• Basic Life Support certification via AHA within 90 days of hire
• Eligible for American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ( ARRT ) at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic imaging for patients per department protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and correctly identify images and patients.
