Join to apply for the Weekend Wound RN/LPN role at SanStone Health & Rehabilitation.

Stonecreek Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Staff Nurse to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.

Applicant must have an unrestricted RN / LPN license.

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN and/or LPN will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education to residents.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising care/services provided by CNAs and staff.
  2. Coordinating nursing care on the unit, ensuring staff are capable of providing appropriate care.
  3. Providing safe medication interventions.
  4. Transcribing and implementing physician orders accurately.
  5. Performing nursing assessments and notifying physicians of changes.
  6. Developing and implementing care plans based on assessments.
  7. Implementing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications.
  8. Contributing to resident assessments and care plan development.
