Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Weekend Treatment Nurse (Wound Care RN or LPN/LVN) to assess, treat, and create care plans for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence conditions. Collaboration with nursing staff and a compassionate, team-focused approach are essential.

The role requires 1–2 years of wound care experience; RN or LPN/LVN license in good standing; WOCN certification preferred. Benefits are offered, and the position pays USD $33.00 - $41.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with the state.
• 1–2 years wound care experience required.
• Wound Care Certification (WOCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and direct assistance in managing patients with altered skin integrity (pressure necrosis, wounds, fistulas).
• Offer in-service programs to assist nursing, rehabilitation and medical staff in wound care knowledge.
• Collect, analyze and document wound-related data and perform clinical evaluations for admissions.
