Job summary

Ridge Point Community Church in Holland, MI is seeking a Production & Technical Director to lead all audio, visual, lighting, and streaming for weekend gatherings and events. The role focuses on empowering technical teams and delivering high-quality productions that communicate the ministry’s message with excellence.

You will oversee LED walls, livestreams, and AV systems across multiple spaces, collaborating with other ministry teams to keep worship experiences current and engaging.

Qualifications

• Experience with professional audio, lighting, video, LED wall, ProPresenter, and livestream/broadcast systems.
• Experience supporting AVL systems across a large or multi-space facility.
• Proven ability to lead and develop volunteer technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of technical aspects of worship services, productions, events, and gatherings to communicate God’s message with excellence.
• Oversee all technical aspects of weekend services, coordinating volunteers and equipment.
• Coordinate with church ministries to promote technical excellence behind the scenes in services and events.
• Implement programming that appeals to seekers and believers.
