Job summary

Rolling Hills Community Church seeks a part-time Tech Director to oversee audio, lighting, and graphics for Sunday mornings at the Nashville South campus. The role emphasizes ministry leadership, volunteer development, and creating welcoming worship environments.

You will collaborate with the Worship Arts Ministry to plan moments, train volunteers, and ensure venues are distraction-free and immersive. This is a servant-leader role rooted in gospel ministry and RHCC values.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating audio/visual for worship services.
• Proficiency with ProPresenter and Ableton playback.
• Ability to recruit and train volunteers for production teams.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills for Sunday services and events.
• Service-oriented leadership aligned with ministry values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all audio and visual elements on Sunday mornings at RHCC Nashville South.
• Develop and coach volunteer teams to execute all technical elements of worship ministry.
• Direct the set-up of Sunday mornings at RHCC Nashville South.
• Assist with production meetings with worship team and tech staff.
• Provide technical support for RHCC Nashville South and Community Center events.
• Address tech support and media repair for spaces at the Nashville South campus.
• Participate in campus and all-staff meetings as scheduled.
• Collaborate with Nashville South Worship Director to plan worship moments and environments.
• Provide technical assistance for central events and ministries as needed.
• Work 22 hours per week within the approved schedule.
