Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, creative with a positive attitude.
• Able to work with families, partners, and the community.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a wellness program for residents and manage some weekend/holiday hours.
• Complete assessments, care plans and related paperwork in a timely manner.
• Ensure programming complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Bring enthusiasm and joy to activities and events.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
