Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a wax injection operator responsible for safely and properly performing the wax injection operation and inspecting wax patterns for defects to maintain quality.

You will follow detailed work instructions, verify machine settings, and visually inspect parts to meet customer requirements. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to 6-S practices, and clear communication of any issues to supervision while complying with ITAR/EAR export controls as required

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate heavy machinery and stand for 8+ hours.
• Ability to move between multiple machines safely while maintaining quality.
• Must comply with ITAR and EAR export controls and be a U.S. person or eligible for export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Follow customer work instructions to properly operate the tools
• Follow internal work instructions to verify machine settings
• Visually inspects wax patterns to ensure customer requirements are met
• Communicate any issues/defects to supervision
• Follow all safety and 6-S guidelines for the area
