Job summary

ABridge Care Concepts is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents at our care cottages. You will provide personalized care, assist with mobility, transportation, and daily activities, and work weekend and night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Providing personalized care and assistance to residents.
• Assisting with transportation arrangements and making appointments.
• Engaging residents in health promotional activities such as exercise groups and walking clubs.
• Administering prescribed medications and managing medication schedules.
• Communicating with physicians and other healthcare personnel.
• Implementing memory care and dementia-related behavioral interventions.
• Participating in functional maintenance programs as developed by therapists.
• Assisting with ambulation and mobility programs.
• Monitoring and addressing personal needs, such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
