As part of the Weekend Warrior Program, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care alongside a collaborative nursing team, ensuring safety, dignity, and excellent outcomes for residents in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the applicable state.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate nursing personnel.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to support positive resident outcomes.
