Job summary

Madisonville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join the weekend clinical team. This role offers weekend shifts with premium pay as part of our Weekend Warrior program, in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky.
• At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Provides bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients and records vital signs.
• Administers medications and records administration; reports adverse reactions per policy.
• Monitors equipment and responds to life-saving situations following nursing standards.
• Participates in discharge planning and ensures timely documentation of care.
