Job summary

Smyrna Care Center, part of Exceptional Living Centers, is seeking licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a weekend nursing team in Smyrna, TN. The role focuses on compassionate resident care, accurate medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating on care plans with the treating team.

You will work Saturdays and Sundays on 1st or 2nd shift, participate in rounds, document care, and support regulatory readiness. Daily Pay is available and opportunities for growth abound.

Qualifications

• Provides quality nursing services to meet the needs of each resident on shift.
• Maintains accurate documentation of care, assessments and incident reports.
• Performs daily rounds and monitors residents to ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
