Hibbard Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dover-Foxcroft, ME is seeking dedicated CNAs for our Weekend Warrior Program. You will assist residents with daily living, support meals, monitor health, and document care with confidentiality.
The program runs 26 consecutive weekends (six months) with a choice of 12‑hour or 16‑hour shifts. A premium of $3.00 per hour applies to all weekend hours, plus comprehensive benefits and bi-weekly pay.
Qualificações
- Active Maine CNA Registry as a graduate of a state‑approved program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, nursing care, and anatomy/physiology.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Strong multitasking, communication skills and a friendly bedside manner.
Responsabilidades
- Assisting with activities of daily living: showering, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Supporting nutrition: serving meals, feeding patients, and providing fresh water and nourishments.
- Monitoring health: checking vital signs, answering call lights, and reporting observations to the nursing supervisor.
- Documenting care accurately and maintaining patient confidentiality.
