Qualifications
- Must hold Tennessee CNA certification and active license.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and weekend availability.
- Passion for caring for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
- Obtain and document vital signs.
- Support residents during meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Work closely with nurses, therapists, and healthcare teams.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
