Weakley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Dresden, Tennessee is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our Weekend Warrior Day Shift Program. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with premium pay and a consistent weekend schedule in a modern skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, providing hands-on care, and supporting the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Tennessee CNA certification.
• Active CNA license in good standing is required.

CNA Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Technician (PCT), Caregiver, Resident Assistant, or Resident Care Aide, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition

• Obtain and document vital signs

• Support residents during meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety

• Follow individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate documentation and records
