Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Proctor, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care. The role involves assisting with toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, medication administration, and end-of-life care.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, block shifts), PTO, health/dental insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Age 18+; CNA license may be considered.
• Provide a supportive and dignified environment for aging residents.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of Dementia related behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication administration and Treatments
• End of Life Cares

• Meal Preparation

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS Background Study

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 2:30PM - 10:30PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $21/hour based on experience, includes shift differential
