Job summary

Capri Communities seeks a Caregiver to provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living for residents across RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care settings, in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.

You will follow care plans, assist with mobility, transfers, meals, and basic medical administration, while supporting residents in daily activities in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living.
• Ability to follow Resident Care plans and report requirements.
• Comfort with engaging residents in daily activities and meals.

Job position description

As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living to RCAC, CBRF, and/or Memory Care residents of Capri Communities with adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.

Essential Responsibilities

• Follow Resident Care plan to:
  • Assist with activities of daily living
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfers
  • Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements
  • Assist with plating and/or serving meals
• Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas
• Assist with resident activities.
