Job summary

Capri Communities in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living for RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents, following care plans and regulatory requirements.

You will assist with mobility and transfers, monitor residents, help with meals, light housekeeping, and support participation in activities. The role offers a chance to grow with a mission-driven team and includes a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Follow Resident Care plan to:
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements
• Assist with plating and/or serving meals
• Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas
• Assist with resident activities.
