Job summary

Capri Communities is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Wisconsin to provide personal care and assist residents with daily living activities in RCAC, CBRF, and memory care settings. You will follow care plans, help residents with mobility, meals, and daily tasks, while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires CBRF certification, flexibility for every-other-weekend shifts and rotating holidays, and a caring approach to residents.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
• Must have CBRF certifications.
• As a Caregiver you will provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living to RCAC, CBRF, and memory care residents in Capri Communities.

Responsibilities

• Follow Resident Care plan to assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements.
• Assist with plating and/or serving meals.
• Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas.
• Assist with resident activities.
