Job summary

Capri Communities LLC in Madison, WI is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living for residents in RCAC, CBRF, and memory care settings. You will follow care plans and regulatory guidelines to support independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Providing personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living per Resident Care plan.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
• Adhere to organizational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow Resident Care plan to provide personal care and ADLs.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements.
• Assist with plating and/or serving meals.
• Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas.
• Assist with resident activities.
