Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each senior with respect and dignity. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs, as well as help with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.

As a Caregiver/Med Passer for our Kenosha community, you are a key member of an amazing team, enhancing the lives of our residents. By providing consistent and quality care, our caregiving team ensures our residents live a meaningful life. Kenosha Brookdale is a 60-bed Memory Care Facility. We are looking for a caregiver who is a team player, has good communication skills, is dependable, and enjoys working with the elderly population.
Weekend Differentials: $2.00/hour. CBRF preferred, including med passing.

Salary range: $14.18 - $17.73, determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonuses. Benefits eligibility varies by employment status. Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. We support associates in their journey to U.S. citizenship, offering to advance naturalization fees for qualified associates after one year of employment.
